Does not work

Does not work. Videos (small & correct format) does not show up in video pix. Seems like a scam.

Apparently there is another app that the description says dont download. It is called Video pix for iPad. But looks like that one maybe the legitimate one.
I am getting Apple to investigate and also get my monies back.
