1080p H264 .mov videos

The app works great, but Im desperately trying to read (and convert/edit?) on my iPad2 videos shot on my DSLR (Canon 5DmII) that are located in the photo library of the iPad.
These videos are 1080p .mov encoded in h264. Please make them selectable from the app!
