Dont know why. Help function is hazy and unclear....why is there no load video routine?
Wrote for help, did not get help. Wouldnt have left a review at all, but when I asked for a refund, was directed to google for instructions and those instructions indicate I have to go to a computer to contact itunes for a refund, instead of doing it on my iPad. If you can sell it to me on an iPad, why cant I get a refund there? I realize that is an apple policy but I am still out a buck and an hour.
